We at, United Sikh Mission, are working hard to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and trying our best to support the community’s needs. In our effort to help those who are struggling with financial hardships in this crisis, our volunteers are collectively combining all their efforts to help deliver over 1,000 hot meals to local community members on a daily basis. We have taken this task upon ourselves not because it is easy, but because it is the right thing for the future and the betterment of the community!
We are looking forward to cultivate a core team of dedicated, responsible, detail-oriented and passionate individuals who can commit their time for the cause. If the world becomes a better place tomorrow, it will happen because of volunteers like you. Your spirits are inspiring – and we greatly appreciate all your enthusiasm!
Demand for food aid is growing against the backdrop of an unprecedented economic and health care crisis. However, it is our belief that we are a strong and resilient community. United Sikh Mission volunteers are working around the clock to provide thousands of hot meals to healthcare professionals and local communities.
We prepare more than 1000 freshly cooked hot meals to help those that are impacted by COVID-19 hardships; which includes individuals with disabilities, senior citizens and families in low-income neighborhoods.
Our volunteers generosity extends not only through their giving but also through the help they’re providing during this occasion.
